Adding proxy file to config file

Once you have text files of your proxies, you are now able to add it into the config.

In the config, set the value of ProxyFile to the name of the .txt file with the proxies in it (e.g. if you want it to use gravdc), set the value of ProxyFile to gravdc. If you want the bot to use packet, set the value of ProxyFile to packet). The config is case-sensitive.

If you want to switch what proxy list you are using, just close the CLI, change the name of the proxy file in config, then open up the CLI again.
